Tickets to July’s SuperLiga matches against Mexican powers Santos Laguna and Pachuca will go on sale on Thursday

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution today announced that tickets for its two home matches in SuperLiga 2008 will go on sale on Thursday, June 12. Tickets start at $19 and special two-game packages start at $28. The Revolution will face Mexico’s Primera Division’s Clausura 2008 champion, Santos Laguna, on Sunday, July 13, at Gillette Stadium, before welcoming SuperLiga 2007 and 2008 CONCACAF Champions Cup champion Pachuca on Wednesday, July 16. The Revs are scheduled to close out group play in the tournament against MLS side Chivas USA on Sunday, July 20, in Los Angeles. Tickets can be purchased by calling 1-877-GET-REVS or Ticketmaster at (617) 931-2222. Group discounts are available for parties of 20 or more. Revolution season-ticket holders will use tickets to Special Event B for the July 13 match against Santos Laguna, and tickets to Special Event C for the July 16 match against Pachuca. ESPN2 will televise the match live in high definition, with the network’s coverage beginning at 9 p.m. with a special live pregame show from the network’s Bristol, Conn., headquarters.
