NEW ENGLAND REVOLUTION 500TH GOAL
OFFICIAL RULES

1. No purchase or payment required to enter or win.
2. HOW TO ENTER. Go to http://www.revolutionsoccer.net and submit your guess for which Revolution player will score the 500th goal in Revolution history, the game in which the goal will be scored, and the minute in which the goal will be scored (for example, 56). You will be required to enter name, address, phone number and email address. You may also enter by mail by submitting an entry to Revolution “500 is Coming” Contest Gillette Stadium, One Patriots Place, Foxborough, MA 02035. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED AT GILLETTE STADIUM NO LATER THAN 5PM ON FRIDAY, APRIL 13, 2007. No Illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit one entry per person. If additional entries are received, the entry received earliest will be judged.
3. SELECTION OF WINNERS. If there is more than one winning entry, the winner will be randomly selected by a representative of Kraft Soccer LLC (“Kraft Soccer”). Kraft Soccer’s decisions on all matters relating to this Contest are final. All winners will be notified by email or, if not provided, by telephone.
4. PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner (1) : 4-pack of tickets to the next New England Revolution home game and the authentic game-worn jersey worn by the player who scored the 500th goal (Approximate Retail Value: $300). Winner may not substitute or transfer of prizes. Kraft Soccer may, in its sole discretion, substitute prizes for prizes of approximately equal value. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prizewinner. Odds of winning depend on number of entries.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Contest only open to individual legal residents of the New England States (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI and VT) who are at least 16 years of age. Persons under 16 years of age should have a parent submit entry for them. Employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Kraft Soccer LLC, NPS LLC (Gillette Stadium) and their affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter.
6. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release prior to being awarded any prize. Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner if all applicable documentation is not returned by the date stated on the notification.
7. GENERAL: This Contest is void outside the New England states specified above and where prohibited or restricted by law. It is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Kraft Soccer is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due, or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Kraft Soccer and judge(s) are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. Kraft Soccer disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Contest, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Kraft Soccer’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on www.revolutionsoccer.net and the winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received prior to such time. Kraft Soccer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from this Contest or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Kraft Soccer or any of its affiliates if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Contest. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judge(s) and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Contest. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and indemnify Kraft Soccer, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, from and for any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
8. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, KRAFT SOCCER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
