Congratulations to Revs defender Jay Heaps and his wife, Danielle, who welcomed their second child on Saturday, Dec. 16, at 9:03 p.m.
Olivia Jane Heaps weighed in at 8 lbs, 1 oz., and will join big brother John F "Jack" Heaps (21 mos.) cheering on the Revs in coming seasons.
