MLS Disciplinary Committee suspends Kelyn Rowe for one game for reckless challenge

NEW YORK (Tuesday, July 10, 2012) – The MLS Disciplinary Committee has suspended New England Revolution midfielder Kelyn Rowe for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for a reckless challenge that endangered the safety of his opponent, New York Red Bulls goalkeeper Ryan Meara, in the 87th minute of the game on July 8.
Fines collected will be donated to the charitable partners of MLS W.O.R.K.S. and the MLS Players Union.
