Mansally called up to Gambia National Team

Revs’ midfielder will miss Oct.8 match while away on international duty

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution midfielder Kenny Mansally has been called up to the Gambia National Team for the squad’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Burkina Faso on Saturday, Oct. 8, in Banjul, The Gambia.

Mansally will join the Black Scorpions on Monday, Oct. 3, and will return to the team following the match on Saturday. He will miss the Revolution’s match against San Jose at Gillette Stadium on Oct. 8.

Mansally, 22, has nine caps with the Gambia National Team, and most recently appeared with the team in its last match against Namibia, a 1-0 loss on Sept. 3.
