As the Revolution returned to training inside the Dana-Farber Field House yesterday, staff writer & online host Jeff Lemieux took a look at new Revs Ousmane Dabo and Franco Coria as well as how the team’s roster is starting to take shape.
Veteran midfielder Shalrie Joseph met with members of the media who attended training yesterday, speaking for the first time since his dismissal from the team’s trip to Orlando. The Boston Herald’s Kyle McCarthy and Brian O’Connell from New England Soccer Today were each on hand.
Prior to Monday’s training session, non-rostered training camp invitees Fernando Cabadas, Roberto Linck and Steven Perry were released from camp. New England Soccer Today’s Sean Donahue and Julian Cardillo from Revspress.com each had the news.
With the New England Revolution youth teams set to resume game play less than a week from now, the Under-16s and Under-18s moved from the Dana-Farber Field House to the Gillette Stadium turf field over the weekend to practice on a full-sized field.
