2012

9-17-8 Overall, 35 pts.
In the team’s first year under new head coach – and former Revs legend – Jay Heaps, the Revs improved on their 2011 win total by four wins and showed glimpses of the spectacular throughout the season. Three new faces paced the team offensively as off-season signing Saer Sene (11 goals, three assists), former U.S. international Lee Nguyen (five goals, two assists) and first-round draft pick Kelyn Rowe (three goals, five assists) were bright spots for the rebuilding Revs as they implemented a new attacking focus under Heaps. While the Revs missed the postseason for the third straight year, the team capped the season with back-to-back wins, which helped propel the team into 2013.
