On Monday, July 29th, Andy Dorman and Kelyn Rowe joined former Revolution goalkeeper Doug Warren at Crossroads for Kids summer camp at Camp Wing in Duxbury, Mass.

Crossroads for Kids is dedicated to creating a safe and caring community where young people from at-risk environments discover a sense of belonging and a passion for life. Beginning with its summer camp programs, Crossroads provides life-changing experiences and support that builds trust and healthy relationships kids can count on throughout their childhood, teenage years and beyond.

During their visit, the Revs got a tour of the grounds from a number of staff and campers, appropriately named ambassadors. These ambassadors shared their experiences at Camp Wing and showed Dorman, Rowe and Warren the sites – from the rock wall to the cabins. Highlights included a stop at the fields to play some soccer with campers and a dining hall dance party during lunch.

Things get heated on this week's show, and Cathal is (of course) at the center of it. We also talk Royal baby (ugh), the brilliance of Jay Heaps' lineup against Columbus, and we're back at it with predictions and social media. Presented by Papa Gino's (not that other "Papa" place the Crew uses!)

Speaking of Papa Gino's - here's the Slyde/Slice photo I mentioned:

Following a two-game week, the Revolution can boast four players atop the Dream Team rankings in the MLS Fantasy Soccer rankings for the week. The Revs send one player at each level as Bobby Shuttleworth (11 points), Jose Goncalves (12 points), Lee Nguyen (12 points) and Diego Fagundez (8 points) all made the cut.

Shuttleworth finds himself atop the goalkeeper rankings following a 1.00 GAA in a double-game-week. For Shuttleworth, it is his second appearance on the DT this season.

Goncalves led the charge in a clean sheet for the Revs over Columbus on Saturday. Gonclaves also found the back of the net off a set piece in the 91st minute, his first goal as a member of the Revolution.

Nguyen earned his 12 points following a two-assist performance in the Revs win over Columbus on Saturday. Nguyen assisted on both Revolution goals, both occuring in stoppage time. Nguyen's second assist helped Diego Fagundez make his way onto the DT as Nguyen stole an errant pass and delivered it to Fagundez who scored his sixth goal of the year.

Diego Fagundez netted his sixth goal of the season in the closing moments of the Revs' win over Columbus. Following the goal Fagundez and Dimitry Imbongo took a moment to break out their new handshake celebration.

Jose Goncalves scored his first goal as a member of the Revolution in dramatic fashion, leading the Revs to a 2-0 victory in Columbus - a place the team hadn't posted a victory at since 2009. Needless to say, the captain was more than happy to score this one.

After Friday’s off day – which the team used to rest and engage in some off-campus activities, including a visit to the aquarium – the players were ready to go for their last game of Finals Week on Saturday.

As the only morning match of the tournament, the 90-degree kickoff was only magnified by the humidity. But the players rose to the occasion, pulling out a 3-1 victory against Seattle Sounders FC.

Everyone was pleased with the win to cap off a strong year. And to show their appreciation, the captains, Willis Griffith and Dom Machado, doused Coach John Frederick with the water cooler postgame.

Lunch was back at the dining hall and the group then had a few hours to unwind. An end-of-year team meeting followed, before the group had dinner and headed over to at BBVA Compass Stadium for the championship game.
