"Since August 17, the second-year midfielder has scored five goals and added one assist, and has recorded at least one point in each game … the five-game point streak is tied for fourth longest in MLS this season … on the season, Rowe has seven goals and seven assists in 27 appearances."
Congrats, Kelyn, on being named to the MLS Team of the Week for week 29!
Members of the Revolution and Patriots helped build a playground at Prospect Hill Terrace in Waltham, Mass. on Tuesday, Sept. 17. Over 200 volunteers worked with KaBOOM! and UnitedHealthcare to make the playground build possible. All in all It was a great afternoon for an even greater cause! Check out some photos below, and we'll have a video recap of the day's events on Wednesday.
Kelyn Rowe contiuned his hot streak on Saturday night, scoring another sensational goal from distance against the Chicago Fire. Brazil held a full team training session this afternoon at Gillette Stadium ahead of their huge friendly with rival Portugal on Tuesday night. Check out some photos from today's training session.
Brad Feldman and Jeff Causey recap the Revs' 4-2 loss to the Montreal Impact on Sunday night at Gillette Stadium.
We had a few changes to this week's predicitons on the Far Post Podcast, as Cathal and JWro were allowed to pick different scorers in light of Juan Agudelo's injury. Here's where we stand overall:
|NAME||PTS||REVS vs. IMPACT||GOAL SCORERS|
|Cathal||24||W, 2-0||Fagundez, Nguyen|
|Jeff||19||W, 2-0||Fagundez, Farrell|
|LaPan||18||W, 3-1||Fagundez, Davies, Rowe|
|JWro||17||W, 2-1||Fagundez, Rowe|
I think we'd all be happy with any of these results, but for complete selfish reasons I am pulling for Scott Caldwell to strike his first MLS goal and lead the Revs to victory!
Hang out with Andrew Farrell, the Colorado Rapids duo of Deshorn Brown and Dillon Powers and Real Salt Lake forward Devon Sandoval beginning at 4 p.m. ET. Submit your questions on Twitter using hash tag #SuperDraftReunion
While Toronto FC seems to think they were robbed of three points on Friday night, the Revolution could have some legitimate gripes as well (guess it's only fitting the match ended in a draw). Check out two missed calls that Brad Feldman and Jeff Causey think could have sent the Revs home with three points if called the other way.
