Assistant Coach, Under-16s
Gary Hall is currently in his third season on the coaching staff of the New England Revolution's Youth Development Program, and in his first year as the head coach of the Under-14 team. He is also the Program Development Manager for the Revolution Academy, the team's commercial training and development program, where he is responsible for implementing for a variety of programs, including the Regional Development Schools and summer residential program.
Before heading up the U14 program, Hall was the assistant coach for the U16s, and helped lead the Revs to the playoffs of the prestigious U.S. Soccer Development Academy in each of his two seasons with the club.
An experienced youth soccer coach, Hall began his career coaching for the Sunderland AFC Academy community programs. Hall moved to the U.S. in 2002 to coach for a U.S.-based British coaching company, and became a trainer for several youth soccer clubs and high schools in the southern New Hampshire area.
During his eight-year stint as Regional Director at the British coaching company, Hall ran year-round youth soccer development programs for players and coaches from the New England region. Also a coach at the Premier Club Level in the North East region, Hall coached teams through several state championships, and other regional and national tournaments.
A 2001 graduate of Newcastle College, Hall holds his UEFA "C" License and received a Goalkeeping Certification from the English Football Association. A former Darlington F.C. Professional Academy youth player, Hall played at the Semi-Professional Level in the North East Regional Leagues of England.
He currently resides in Warwick, R.I., with his wife, Dana, and their daughter, Lillian.
